1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order or create an account. By using PrintGear Shop you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@printgearshop.com if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.

3. Orders & pricing

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• Applicable sales tax (currently 8%) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
• Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time you place your order. By submitting an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all billing information is accurate.

5. Shipping & delivery

Standard shipping windows are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date. Risk of loss for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our reasonable control are not our responsibility.

6. Returns, refunds & warranty

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging. Manufacturer warranties apply to the products we sell; warranty terms vary by manufacturer and model. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Return shipping responsibility: the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return shipping, including any insurance, tracking, customs, or duty charges, unless the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong, damaged, or defective item shipped to you). We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, because PrintGear Shop is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us. Risk of loss for returned items remains with the customer until the package is received and signed for at our returns facility. Returns received in damaged condition, missing original accessories, or outside the 30-day return window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

7. Use of the website

• You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, our servers, or related systems.
• You may not scrape, copy, or republish content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. TCPA communication consent & lead generation

Express written consent. By submitting any form on this website — including the account-creation form, contact form, quote request, callback request, newsletter sign-up, or any other lead form — and by providing your telephone number, you expressly consent, in writing, to receive marketing and informational telephone calls and text messages (SMS / MMS) from PrintGear Shop and from authorized service partners acting on our behalf at the phone number(s) you provided. This consent applies even if your number is on a federal, state, or internal Do-Not-Call list, and it specifically authorizes us to contact you using:

• an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or auto-dialer;
• artificial or pre-recorded voice messages;

Lead-generation purpose. PrintGear Shop operates this website, in part, as a lead-generation service for printer products and services. You acknowledge and agree that:

• after you submit any form on this site, a representative of PrintGear Shop or an authorized partner will contact you by phone, SMS, and/or email using the contact details you provided, typically within one business day;
• those calls or messages may include sales, pre-sales, follow-up, quoting, scheduling, support, technical assistance, satisfaction surveys, and offers for related printer products, supplies, services, warranties, or financing;
• your contact details, the form fields you submitted, the page you submitted from, and the date/time of submission may be transmitted to one or more authorized service partners for the sole purpose of contacting you in response to your inquiry;
• calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and compliance purposes where permitted by applicable law.

Frequency, rates, and how to opt out.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity (typically 2 – 6 messages per month).
• Standard message and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message (reply HELP for help), telling our agent to add your number to our internal Do-Not-Call list during any call, clicking Unsubscribe in any marketing email, or emailing support@printgearshop.com with the subject line "Revoke Consent".
• Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days; transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates, account-security alerts) may continue as required to fulfill your order.
