The My Account page is your personal dashboard for everything related to your PrintGear Shop activity. From here you can update your contact details, change your password, view a complete history of past orders, check the status of any shipments still on their way to you, and manage the wishlist of printers you're considering. Keeping your contact details current helps us send accurate shipping confirmations and delivery alerts.
Every order you've placed appears on the orders panel with the date it was placed, the items included, the total amount, and the current shipping status. Click any order to open the full order summary, view the shipping address it was sent to, and find a tracking link once the package leaves the warehouse. If something doesn't look right on an order, please contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate.
Your account data is stored locally in your browser, which means it is tied to the device and browser you used to create the account. You can sign out at any time using the link in the top navigation, and you can request a complete deletion of your account information by contacting support@printgearshop.com.
