Orders & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and prepaid gift cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout — we do not store full card numbers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can edit or cancel any order from the Orders page until it ships, usually within a few hours of placing it. Once an order is in transit, contact support and we'll do our best to assist.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws.
Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.99. Orders of $99 or more ship free anywhere in the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1 business day and arrive in 3–5 business days via standard ground. Expedited options are presented at checkout when available.
Returns & warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened printers may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Are printers covered by a warranty?
All new printers and scanners include the manufacturer's standard warranty (typically 1 year). Extended protection plans, when available, are listed on the product page.
Account & privacy
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse and shop without an account, but signing in lets you track orders, save a wishlist, and check out faster on future visits.
How do you protect my information?
