The Orders page lists every purchase you've made through PrintGear Shop, with the most recent order at the top. Each row shows the order number, the date it was placed, a quick summary of the items, the total amount charged, and the current status — for example "Processing", "Shipped", or "Delivered". Click any order to open a detailed receipt with the full item list, the shipping address it was sent to, and a tracking link once the carrier picks it up.
Most orders are processed within one business day. Standard ground shipping then arrives in 3 to 5 business days anywhere in the United States. Expedited shipping options, when available for a given product, are presented at checkout and typically arrive in 1 to 2 business days. Estimates may vary during major holidays or in the event of carrier delays outside our control — please review the Terms & Conditions for the full shipping policy.
If something arrives damaged, isn't the right fit, or simply doesn't meet your needs, you can return most products within 30 days of delivery. Open the order, click "Start a return", and follow the on-screen steps. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Full details are on the FAQ page.
