What we collect

• Essential — your cart contents, sign-in session, and order details. Stored locally on your device. Required for the site to work.
• Functional (with consent) — recently viewed products and saved preferences.
• Targeting & advertising (with consent) — used to personalize product recommendations and measure ad performance.

How we use it

We use this information to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and — only with your permission — show you more relevant products. We never sell sensitive personal information such as government IDs, payment card numbers, or precise location.

Lead form usage

When you submit information through any form on PrintGear Shop — including the account creation form, the contact form, quote requests, newsletter sign-ups, or any other lead form — you are giving us permission to use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• Responding to your inquiry — answering questions, sending quotes, providing pre-sales support, or completing the action you requested.
• Account management — creating and maintaining your account, processing your orders, and providing order updates.
• Marketing communications (with consent) — sending promotional emails, SMS messages, or calls about printers, supplies, services, and special offers.
• Sharing with authorized service partners — limited to the partners that help us deliver these services (for example, payment processors, shipping carriers, customer-support providers, and SMS / email senders), under written contracts that restrict use of your data to the service they provide to us.

The information typically collected through our lead forms includes your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the message or product preferences you provide. Submitting a lead form is voluntary, but some fields are required for us to respond. You can update or delete the information you submitted at any time by signing in to your account or by emailing support@printgearshop.com.

Call & SMS consent (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

By providing your phone number on any PrintGear Shop form and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages (SMS) from PrintGear Shop and its authorized partners at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity (typically 2 – 6 messages per month).
• Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier.
• Hours of contact: we contact customers between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. local time, except for transactional or order-status messages.
• Opt out of SMS: reply with the word "stop" to any text message at any time to immediately stop receiving SMS messages from us. Reply with the word "help" for assistance.
• Opt out of calls: tell our agent during any call to add you to our internal Do-Not-Call list, or email support@printgearshop.com with the subject line "Do Not Call".
• Opt out of email: click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Advertising & analytics partners

With your consent, we use third-party analytics and advertising services to measure traffic, understand how visitors use the site, and show relevant ads on other platforms. These partners may include:

• Analytics providers — site analytics and ad measurement using privacy-respecting consent signals.
• Targeting & advertising partners — used for conversion tracking, remarketing, and measuring the performance of campaigns we run across search and display networks. These services may set cookies on your device for the duration of your consent.
• Social advertising partners — conversion tracking and remarketing for ads we run on social platforms.

Sponsored & promoted listings

Some product placements may be paid for by our partners. Whenever a recommendation is influenced by a paid partnership or featured listing, it is clearly labeled as "Promoted" or "Ad". We never disguise an advertisement as an editorial recommendation.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident (or a resident of another U.S. state with similar privacy laws), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to request access to or deletion of your personal information. We also automatically honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.

How to submit an opt-out or rights request — choose any method below:

1. Web form (fastest): click the button below to open the cookie & sharing preferences panel and toggle off Targeting & Advertising. Your choice is stored on this device immediately.
2. Email: send a request to support@printgearshop.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request". Please include your full name, email address, and the request type (opt out / access / delete).
3. Toll-free phone: call (337) 283-2188 and ask the agent to file a "CCPA opt-out request" on your behalf.

5. Authorized agent: you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written, signed permission from you and may verify the agent's identity.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days where permitted by law). We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
